Summer Hockey Opportunities

I just wanted to let you know that we are offering two new programs for ages 6-14. We are very excited for these groups to start this summer I have included some information about the two groups below but be sure to check out our website

NEW! Fun Filled High Energy Training ages 8-14 $200
This group is designed for players looking to try something new and exciting this summer.
Each week is a different theme designed to allow these athletes to reach their full potential one day.
Week1: Off Ice intro to training with team building games
Week 2: Treadmill Stations- shooting, dyna vision
Week 3: Off ice focus on agility and relay reaction drills
Week 4: On Ice small games focus on learning correct skating position
Week 5: Treadmill Wall of Fame Competitions
Week 6: Off Ice Focus small games and obstacle courses
Week 7: Inline Hockey Day
Week8: On Ice
8 weeks June 22nd- August 17th
*No Class July 6th
Off-Ice
Tuesday: 2:00-3:30pm
Please have your child wear tennis shoes and comfortable workout clothing we will be outside. Also please bring a water bottle and your gear for the treadmill!
NEW! The Rookie Program ages 6-8 $160 (12 person minimum)
A fun learning environment for both boys and girls focused on learning correct skating technique through skating emphasized skills,
games and our skating treadmill. This program is designed to get these young athletes more interested in hockey and started off on the right track.
8 Weeks June 25th - August 20th
*No Class July 9th
Off Ice and Treadmill Only
Fridays: 1:00 - 2:15pm
