Registration Instructions

Registration is now online and will close on July 31st.  All forms and money will be due by that date to avoid a late fee and possible waiting list.  Please read the information letter to determine if your player is eligible to participate in WCYHA Team Play. 

**Any player residing in WCYHA boundaries that wishes to skate in another organization for 2010-11, must request in writing to have WCYHA grant a release.  Request must be received by June 30 as stated in the WCYHA Policies and Procedures. 

New, Simplified Registration Process:  It is no longer necessary to provide printed/signed copies of your USA Hockey Registration Confirmation, Parent and Player Codes of Conduct or the Player Website Consent Form.

Registration Instructions:

Step 1 - Register your player with USA Hockey.  Follow this link to USA Hockey.

Step 2 - Print out your confirmation letter from USA hockey.  Save this email as well in case you need it later.

Step 3 - Complete the online registration form.  Print copies of each of the parent and player code-of-conduct, web-site consent, and payment and team commitment documents for your records and read them carefully.  You will NOT need to mail any of these in this year, but by completing the on-line registration process you are agreeing to abide by everything contained within these documents.

Step 4 - After reviewing the payment calculation and commitment document, use it to determine your initial payment amount.  Your total will be adjusted over the course of the season based on actual ice time utilization.

Step 5 - Make your Online Payment or mail a check.  Very important.  You will still be able to process payment with a credit card if you wish.  Just keep in mind that every credit charge will cost the association 2% vs. the check at pennies for the entire amount.
